Main Office Receptionist - Permanent Part-time (35 hours per week)

Fraser High School is seeking a dedicated receptionist to handle the face to face duties and telephone calls of our community, students and staff as well as administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will need to be:

Friendly, caring with a positive attitude 
Ability to build positive relationships 
Demonstrate excellent time management skills 
Multitasking and flexible to adapt to the changing environment
Experience in Microsoft Applications and Google Applications is essential
Experience with KAMAR Database System would be an advantage
This position is permanent part-time working 35 hours per week (8.00 am to 3.30 pm) commencing Term 3, during term time only.
