Learn Access Bars® in this one-day workshop
This gentle, non-invasive technique works on releasing both physical and mental blocks stored within the body and helps to facilitate greater ease in all different areas of life.
The Access Bars® uses 32 points on the head (similar to meridian points) which are gently touched. This relaxing process can help facilitate reduction in stress and trauma throughout the mind and body.
In this one-day workshop you will learn the location of the Bars points on the head and gift and receive two sessions of this technique over the course of the day. You will also receive a comprehensive manual and head charts to take home with you.
PLEASE NOTE: completing this one-day workshop means you can use Access Bars for personal use ONLY, that is for yourself, friends and family or colleagues. Completing this workshop does NOT qualify you as a Bars Practitioner.
Please bring your lunch and water bottle with you, a pen and an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing (You will be lying on a massage table when receiving the Bars)
Catherine Weston is a licensed Access Bars® facilitator & EFT practitioner and has been working in the field of health and wellbeing since 2007. Catherine loves sharing the gift of Access with other people at holistic fairs, in classes and workshops and in her private practice. For me personally having my Bars run regularly helps create more ease, space and joy in my life and I no longer get caught up in the trauma and drama of everyday living. The mantra of Access is “All of Life comes to me with Ease & Joy & Glory”
This course is supported by the TEC (Tertiary Education Commission) to assist with literacy and numeracy needs of students. You must attend 80% of the class. At the same time we hope you will learn other useful and interesting skills and have a lot of fun learning with us.
