  • Do you enjoy spending time with some people but avoid others?
  • Do you know people who stopped talking to each other?
  • Do you have a need to be accepted and appreciated by others?

Most people answer ‘YES’ to those questions. In real life, having good relationships with others usually is a ‘hit or miss’. We have all seen situations where people with different personalities, goals and needs struggled to work out their differences in a constructive way. Consequently, people are getting stressed, frustrated and distracted from what really matters to them. We often don’t even know why we feel good or bad about something or someone.

In this practical course you learn to influence your relationships in a positive and constructive way. Great relationships are the key to happiness and success. You learn the 3 steps to resolving differences. The course content is based on a proven and successful model from the Diversity Institute (www.diversityinstitute.co.nz). The 3 steps and practical tips and tricks can be applied in any communication at home and at work. The skills you learn will have a positive impact on your colleagues and work environment. Ask your employer if they can support you with the course fees.
