Do you live with depression and/or anxiety, or do you know someone that does?

Are you stuck in life or feeling a bit lost? 

Do you want to learn real time tools and techniques around dealing with everyday stresses? 

Do you look in the mirror and don’t know the person looking back. But you want too? Are you wanting to find your calm in todays busy modern world?

Note2self is a relaxed, informal, casual program that will answer all of these questions and more for you. 

You will be a different person after these workshops. If you are looking for an effective, self paced, self learning filled with plenty of Ah-a moments complimented by practical practice, then this 8 week program is for you. 

This program is designed to have a balance of knowledge, understanding, and wisdom that seeks to teach you about who YOU are. The topics are designed to fit around your individual circumstances. 

There is NO role playing in this programme!

We don't put you in uncomfortable situations like finger pointing or going around the table speaking. It's more important what you get out of the program than what you put into the sessions. 

About your tutor 

My name is Andre Jackson and I live with depression and anxiety. 

I am the founder of Evolve Peer Support Trust, A charitable Trust that assists people with depression and anxiety, and Note2self- where we run workshops like what we offer here. My workshops, which have been delivered to thousands of people over the last 10 years, have been described as genuine, authentic, and delivered with empathy and compassion because I use the same tools in my own life. I would love for you to come along to learn more about who you are from someone who is learning about themselves as well.

This course is supported by the TEC (Tertiary Education Commission) to assist with literacy and numeracy needs of students. You must attend 80% of the class. At the same time we hope you will learn other useful and interesting skills and have a lot of fun learning with us.
