Cheese Making Kit required unless you already have one.

This amazing full on day will introduce you to the adventure of making your own artisan cheeses.

The morning class will focus on making mozzarella, mascarpone and ricotta.

In the afternoon you'll learn the art of making the popular "squeaky cheese" Haloumi, and start the process of creating Feta and Fresh cream cheese.

There is an extra cost of $110.00 for the cheese making kit's and must be paid the week prior to the course start date. You will also need to bring your own milk and cream. Kit provides all the ingrediants, excluding milk, to make approx 20 batches of different Cheese. Full details of what types of milk and quantities will be sent to you prior to the start of your course.
