People have varying abilities when it comes to technology. This course targets those already with a basic working knowledge of Excel.


There are just under Five hundred different equations in the program. You shall be using the most useful ones throughout the course.

Detailed notes on everything covered will be supplied on your USB drive (so please don't forget bring one;

4 GB will suffice).





Learn how to do the following with confidence…


Working with Data tables Searching, Sorting, Filtering and Data_manipulation.


Create and use dynamic hyperlinks


Using the Active cell to navigate


Create a Picture data base (I.e. A Stamp Collection)


Ranking Data (both alpha and numeric) and dealing with duplicates


Unordered Approximate searches using VLOOKUP


Drawing graphs and charts


Dealing with Error messages.


Interactive workbooks teaching some of Excels formatting techniques


Clever tricks and useful tips.



I.e. Nesting the If_Then function, Cell referencing, converting equations to text., Array formulas Etc.
