Policy
Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy
Cancellation:
1. If you cancel your enrollment within 14 days before the course commences, you will receive a refund, minus and $20.00 admin fee.
2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date you will not qualify refund. (The decision to run a course is made a week prior to the course start date and dependent on paid enrolments)
3. No refunds or transfers will be given for cancellations received on or after the advertised start date of a course.
Refunds:
1. Refunds can be issued directly to your credit card.
2. For payments made via EFTPOS or bank transfer, we will contact you by email to arrange refund to your bank account.
Transfers:
1. Transfers to another course within the current year may be available at no cost if requested in advance.
2. All transfer requests are subject to availability.
Course Cancellation:
1. If a course is cancelled due to low enrollments you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer to the following term.
Miscellaneous:
1. There are no catch-up sessions available for missed classes, and substitution of attendees is not permitted.
2. The Director reserves the right to refuse or cancel the enrollment of any course participant.
