Do you want to learn the basics to begin working in the industry or to better understand your home machine? This workshop will teach you about the basics of coffee, how to express a shot, steam the milk and pour a beautiful coffee.
Use our professional coffee machine to learn principles you can transfer for use in your home, business or place of work. Including:
Making the perfect brew – not over or under extracted
Melanie is a qualified Barista who has been making coffee for over 15 years. She will take you through the foundations or great coffee making, to help you make the perfect moment, in a cup!

This course is supported by the TEC (Tertiary Education Commission) to assist with literacy and numeracy needs of students. You must attend 80% of the class. At the same time we hope you will learn other useful and interesting skills and have a lot of fun learning with us.
